Remember to take some time for yourself every week.
Between my work schedule, my new exercise schedule, and my family obligations, I find that there is little time during the week that I have just for me. One thing that I was taught during student teaching is that it is important to take the time to just do something for yourself each week. Schedule that time in advance and look forward to it! Give yourself time to relax, and try to avoid thinking about everything you need to get done. There will be time!
This is a really helpful tool when it comes to trying avoiding stress.
