Posting has been a bit slow for me lately as I get readjusted to my schedule now that vacations have ended. Yes, it's taken two weeks of readjustment, but I'm getting there. Recent activity in my social life, while a definite good thing(!), has contributed to the delay in posting.
Today's post is to announce a new poll! I guess it can be considered a serious question, but I would love for you to give it some deep consideration before you answer. I know that I had to.
Do you love your body? Yes or No.
Ultimately my answer was yes, I do love my body. For all the shortcomings and imperfections I can see in myself, I also see a strong body, one that I have worked for and a body that I am still developing. I'm a constant work in progress, and as slow going as it's been, I see positive changes in myself and they are all because I have a strong body that is working for me to make those physical changes. So, I love my body for it's strength and perseverance throughout my process to becoming healthier and fitter.
