Walking is one of the most basic forms of exercise around. We all know that walking is great for us, but when given the option between walking and driving somewhere...we inevitably choose the car. Time constraints, laziness, weather, distance etc. all factor into that decision, BUT if you can, you should try to walk instead.
So, it has been a little while since my last post, excluding yesterday which was my comeback post! To explain, I have TMJ, so I was dealing with a locked jaw and then I had my wisdom teeth pulled in hopes that this would help... and it did! I am officially fully recovered and I've been hitting the gym a few times a week in my attempts to get back on track.
So, I don't know about the rest of you, but recently I've been wondering if I get enoughvitamins daily. I do not take a multivitamin because they make me nauseous, so I do not have a regular intake of vitamins beyond the food I eat every day.
