This page is going to be dedicated to listing good reads.  I strongly promote the reading of books over watching television or sitting on a computer because I think that these activities are strongly linked to weight gain.  Plus, there are so many other benefits to reading books, like improving knowledge and expanding your vocabulary.  I also believe that when you read, you are exercising your mind.  To me, when your mind is active, you are more motivated to be physically active.
